Vuxep Privacy and Contact Information

Understand the information used by Vuxep's contact form, public-site analytics, organization workspace, notifications, and operational records.

Who operates this product

Vuxep is a product made by Ophen Technologies. For questions about this page, a record, or your information, contact [email protected]. Include enough context to locate the request without putting passwords or unrelated personal information in the message.

Contact inquiries

The public contact form requests your name, work email, and company. A company domain, team size, and message are optional. We use those details to respond to your inquiry, discuss the product, and arrange a walkthrough. Inquiries are retained in the platform's lead-management records; this page does not promise an automatic deletion interval that the product does not implement.

Website analytics

The hosted vuxep.com website loads Google Analytics 4. Its application-level page events use fixed public route labels and fixed workspace screen names. Search strings, organization names, employee emails, reset tokens, form contents, and URL fragments are excluded from those application events. External referrers are reduced to their origin. Normal analytics transport can still involve browser/device information and cookies; these route controls are not a claim of anonymous browsing or consent certification.

The first public page visited in a browser tab is retained for lead attribution. Your appearance preference is stored locally in the browser. The homepage globe can use an approximate country-level location; its illustrated exposure alerts use fictional data.

Organization accounts and exposure records

The workspace processes organization membership, account/contact details, verified domain configuration, search and export activity, and credential exposure records needed for the service. Exposure records can include account identifiers, service URLs, passwords, and source provenance. Access controls and the different outputs are described in the security overview.

Delivery providers and infrastructure

Hosted traffic passes through Cloudflare. Website analytics uses Google. Configured email delivery uses the deployment's email provider, and connected chat/webhook destinations receive their configured notification payloads. Email and chat notifications may contain account-and-host examples; generic signed webhooks contain a count and workspace link. Organization administrators should choose recipients appropriate for that information.

Questions, corrections, and removal requests

Contact the Vuxep team to discuss account information, exposure-record accuracy, retention, or removal. We may need to verify your relationship to an organization or record before acting. The initial email should identify the request and suitable contact details rather than include sensitive credential values.

This page describes the current product's data flows. Organization-specific commercial and data-handling terms should be agreed during onboarding.
