Employee credential monitoring.
Your people, in context.
Bring the services, indexed records, and password-reuse signals associated with a work email into one view. Keep every profile inside your organization’s verified domain scope.
Understand the account behind the search result.
A work email can appear alongside several services in exposure records. Looking at each result separately can hide a useful connection: the same account across different websites, a repeated password pattern, or a match to a privileged address your team already considers important. Employee exposure monitoring makes those connections easier to examine.
Vuxep employee profiles open from visible work emails in the organization dashboard and search results. Each profile brings together affected services, observed hosts, indexed evidence, and priority reasons. It is an investigation view of the available records, with the organization’s currently verified domains determining which work emails can be opened.
Look across services, with the person in view.
Start with an exact work email or follow a visible address from a dashboard ranking. The profile groups its observed services and hosts so an investigator can see where that account appears in the index. Paginated evidence keeps the underlying observations available when the summary raises a more specific question.
A company email on an external service is useful context, but it does not establish who owns a device, whether the service is approved, or whether the employee still works for the organization. Treat the profile as an account-centered evidence view. Your directory, identity provider, and internal knowledge remain the sources for employment and access decisions.
Spot reuse without distributing the passwords.
Password-reuse signals highlight observed groups where the same work account and password occur across services. Profiles surface those connections without returning passwords, password hashes, or URL paths. That makes it easier to examine a pattern and discuss its significance without copying sensitive credential values into notes or messages.
Reuse describes the indexed evidence, not a live test of account access. Large profiles analyze the latest available sample, up to 5,000 records, and explicitly identify when the view is sampled. A missing connection does not prove the absence of reuse; available source records and the displayed analysis boundaries determine what can be shown.
Keep important accounts in context.
Organization administrators can mark exact privileged work emails and critical services within verified scope. Those rules provide concrete priority reasons when evidence matches. Combine the account profile with indexing dates and service observations to explain why a particular address deserves a closer look, rather than relying on an unexplained risk score.
Both admins and viewers can use profiles and dashboard statistics. Admins control membership, domain verification, priority rules, and notifications. Organization audit logs give administrators visibility into sign-ins, searches, exports, profile views, and settings changes, while profile-view audit entries redact the exact work email from the action details.
Turn an individual finding into an informed conversation.
For an initial review, choose a work email already visible in the verified workspace. Inspect the services it appears with, check which evidence is newly indexed, and note any priority or reuse signals. Then bring that context to the colleagues responsible for the relevant account or service through your normal internal process.
For ongoing monitoring, administrators can configure exact-email or email-domain notification rules. New matches are grouped for delivery to the selected destination. This workflow gives a security team a focused way to revisit an important account without presenting an exposure profile as a complete history of a person, an employee surveillance tool, or proof of a current intrusion.
Can viewers open employee exposure profiles?
Yes. Organization admins and viewers can inspect profiles for work emails inside the organization’s verified scope. Viewers can read settings and investigate evidence, but they cannot edit domain, user, priority, or notification configuration.
Are passwords displayed in an employee profile?
No. The employee-profile view excludes passwords, hashes, and URL paths. It shows observed services, indexed evidence, and reuse groupings. Access to full credential records is a separate authenticated workspace capability.
Does an external service match prove an employee used it?
No. It shows that the work email appears with that service in indexed evidence. Attribution, current account ownership, employment status, and whether the service is approved require additional context from your organization.
Can we monitor personal email addresses?
Profiles are limited to work-email domains within your organization’s currently verified scope. The product does not provide unrestricted searches for unrelated personal addresses or people outside that scope.
